Refunds

Only damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items may be reviewed within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind, preference, and selection returns are not accepted. Send your order number, checkout email, description, and clear item and packaging photos or video. Do not send an item before authorization. Returned items are inspected; approved refunds go to the original payment method and replacements depend on stock.
